Recipe For Product Pindos Grasslands Semi-Hard Cheese
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 500g Pindos Grasslands Semi-hard cheese
- 3 eggs
- Oil for frying
- Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs and pepper in a large bowl.
- Knead the mixture and form the croquettes.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the croquettes turning occasionally.
- Make sure they are golden brown on all sides, remove from the pan and serve.
