Recipe For Product Pindos Grasslands Semi-Hard Cheese

Cheese croquettes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 500g Pindos Grasslands Semi-hard cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Execution

  1. Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Knead the mixture and form the croquettes.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the croquettes turning occasionally.
  4. Make sure they are golden brown on all sides, remove from the pan and serve.
